History of Tulsa’s Giant Rosie the Riveter
Installed on October 2, 2025, a 19-foot “Rosie the Riveter” statue stands at 11th Street and South Rockford Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma, serving as a major Route 66 “Land of the Giants” attraction.
Located near Buck Atom’s Cosmic Curios, the statue honors World War II home-front workers, with the design based on Tulsa’s own, native-born Naomi Parker Fraley, the original Rosie the Riveter!
