for Mission on Main

Every year the Mission on Main, affectionately known simply as “Mom’s”, goes above and beyond to help support the residents of Collinsville. Twice each month, food pantry volunteers arrive by the dozens and bustle about, sorting cans and packages into neatly organized sections. The air fills with the hum of conversation and the clinking of tins. Shelves are stocked with a variety of staples—rice, beans, pasta, and canned vegetables—ensuring that those in need would have access to nutritious meals.

A sense of community and compassion radiates from every corner, as neighbors help neighbors with warm smiles and open hearts. At the check-in desk, a volunteer greets each visitor with kindness, offering not just food but also a sense of hope and solidarity in these challenging times.

We here at The Artist’s Retreat want to show our appreciation for all that they do at Mom’s by hosting a fundraiser for their wonderful food pantry. Each dollar we raise with this event means that the caring folks at Mom’s can ensure that more residents have full pantries this winter.
