Many schools have stopped teaching cursive writing or they offer very brief introduction to it, which means this important skill is in danger of being lost forever. Since America’s founding fathers penned our historic documents in cursive, we’re all for keeping this old-school skill alive! To that end, we have decided to offer fun new cursive writing courses for ages 8 and up and the book is included in cost.
Artist often sign their paintings with a fine paint brush, so at the end of these courses, we will teach our art students how to use a fine paint brush to sign their artwork in cursive writing.
But being able to read and write in cursive isn’t the only advantage of learning cursive writing. The positive benefits it affords is actually pretty surprising.
